Take a picture with more light/sunlight.
Make your description shorted so there's no 'more' link on the button. Dropping the 2nd paragraph would be good. It doesn't add anything to it.

hide tests with a score lower then 4.0.

I would change the "-" that you used to list your skills. Maybe sth like "•". And modify your photograph as well (as vachieslav said)
