Rising Talent Badge Curiosity

Okay, I have since joining UpWork (4/2018), I have successfully completed 10 projects (over 1K in earnings) and have wondered if I surpassed the Rising Talent option for my account. I'm not to worried about having it on my profile, just curious. I went from no JSS to 87% and was just wondering if I am not eligible for Rising Talent. I'm shooting for the stars as a Top Rated Freelancer anyways.

You can't have both a JSS and Rising Talent and you need 13 weeks out of the past 16 for Top Rated. Take a look at your "My Stats" page. What does it say for "Top Rated Eligible Weeks?"

Whatever caused the 87% JSS likely also prevented the Rising Talent Status being awarded.

Also check your "Clients who would recommend" percentage which is your private feedback.

So far my Top Rated eligibility is 0-16 weeks. FROWN. I'm still shooting for that Top Rated though.

I figured that I was not granted Rising Talent due to completing 10 jobs before 90days.

I'm just curious.

No, you must have had one or two not totally happy clients. Completing 10 jobs before 90 days has nothing to do with anything.

What does your "Clients who would recommend" percentage say and have you had a job that doesn't show on your profile because it was cancelled / fully refunded / otherwise led to a not showing on profile (yet?) contract?

I had one client that was slightly unhappy (didn't completely outline his project well and my deliverable was spot on, he wanted it hand drawn, which was never in the job description) and my % of clients that would suggestme is at 75%. 8 out of 10 clients left good reviews. All jobs I have aquired are on my profile.

Hmmm, you're lucky that your JSS is at 87% then...
