Thank you Margarete, I would not worry even about a big job with no feedback if it doesn't affect my status or my JSS.
My point is: a job with No feedback should not be considered as Bad feedback.
Thanks

Yes you are right, I am not a JSS specialist but I know that there have been comments from the moderators that one single contract without feedback does not affect JSS, only if there are many closed contracts without feedback. But you do not have a JSS up to now.... it would be nice if the moderator Valeria could comment on this if she is available now (or tomorrow). In either case I would kindly ask the client to leave feedback. I had to do this sometimes and it was never a problem for them, however, one or two have disappeared in fact and did never return.

i really strange to see the loss of rising talent badge.
I have 5 stars in my all 10-15 jobs with perfect feedback.
Just one thing happend
in my last job my client given me 4.5 when i see that i call back to client and gave him surity of little bit pending work, so he given me 5 stars and perfect feedback but still badge removed !!!!

Why ???

Because the sytem **Edited for Community Guidelines** and no one appears to care enough to get things straight.

Hi Jalil,

I've checked your Work History and believe the Rising Talent badge was removed because you now qualify for a Job Success Score, which will be displayed on your profile on Sunday.

Matteo, please avoid posting extraneous and off-topic messages, and keep in mind our Community Guidelines when posting in the forums.

Vladimir,

I may have gon a bit too far with my comment and I apoligeze. On the other hand however, when I rised the topic the best piece of advice I got from the Staff was "just keep bidding activelyAnd you'll see you can succeed". The point that everybody seems to be missing is that, when employer set certain criteria - and among them "Rising Talent" always appears, my bids get routinely turned down, no matter how qualified I am, or low my bid is, or how well written my proposals are.

As long as this Badge problem is not handled properly, my opinion will still be the same I have expressed.

I hope that my point of view is somewhat clearer now.

Where is your proof you are 'losing' jobs due to a lack of rising talent star?

It could be clients were interested in someone else, or the person applied before you, or you didn't write a proposal that caught their eye...or any number of things.

Rising talent isn't the **Edited for Community Guidelines** you know. Would you rather stay a rising talent? That would mean you wouldn't be getting jobs. Be happy you have 2 jobs so far with super reviews! - now that's where it's at!!! Smiley Happy

I think it has nothing to do with the badge but how good your profile is. I have Top Rated badge with 100% success score but clients still picked others who have a lower success score than me. Just don't give up, some other clients will notice you somehow. ;-)
