Rising Talent Badge and Job Success Score on my account simultaneously

I have both JSS and Rising Talent badge on my upwork account. 

I've read from this forum that you can't have both at thesame time. I'm just few weeks on this platform and I think I shouldn't have a JSS yet. Hope my account is okay with this? I had a dispute too, I also don't want the jss shown presently... Any help?
