Rising Talent Badge lost

Hello,

I was awarded rising talent badge as shown in the email below.

I went on maternity break after completing my first long project at upwork. As I was not active on upwork the badge was removed and it was mentioned in the email below that I can regain it once I start submitting proposals again. Now I am submitting proposals however the rising talent badge does not appear.

Please help.
