The test that your source refers to was decommissioned last year.

If you don't already have the Rising Talent badge, then you will not get it. Seems to be conferred at account creation (see Alas! Raising Talent badge.). Don't worry about it and just focus on working. With a few contracts completed (or a few active contracts at least 3 months old), you will get a JSS, which replaces the Rising Talent badge.

You have a JSS. JSS replaces Rising Talent Badge. They cannot coexist. Also, Rising Talent badge is awarded at seeming random. See Alas! Raising Talent badge.

Additionally, please know that the Rising Talent program is designed for freelancers who don't have their Job Success Score yet. Once they receive their JSS, the freelancer can start working toward receiving the Top Rated badge.

I also have the "rising talent badge", but honestly speaking, this badge doesn't help too much to get a client or land a first job. The only thing that can help you get the job is writing winning proposals that must be seen by clients. Now that freelancers are boosting proposals, you can also boost them to get your first job.

I want to lodge a complaint concerning the rising talent badge that stopped displaying on my profile two weeks ago. I was revamping my profile, so I had to delete all of my portfolios and wanted to update them with the latest ones, but I couldn't do that again that same day. I noticed that the badge wasn't there again the following day, so I updated the portfolios a few days later which made my profile 100% completed again. Since then, I have been expecting the badge to display again but still, it hasn't. Please help me out.
