This process is working as designed, and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer isn't eligible to receive the Rising Talent badge. Once you qualify, you should receive a notification letting you know.

Hello I have completed about 2 jobs successfully with positive feedback and kept my profile 100:hundred_points:  I didn't get rising badge

just spend around 3-5 hours on Upwork and turn on your Availability badge until get a rising badge

I am new to Upwork and so far I have been doing well with 100% suceess rate. I had a rising talent badge but Upwork took it out and my status changed because of a 2-star rating by client who was not clear with her project expectations from the start. Is there anything I can do to get back my rising talent badge?

I too havea had a recence run in with a client due to a personal misunderstanding (or opinion) vs actual shoddy work provided by me. I have 100% rating at other sites with customers who share a common courtesy of nice to great feedback. For some reason here, I see a lot of nastyness!   Maybe it's just the pulse of the planet ! I wish I had thae solution to this condition.

It's been over a year since I created my Upwork account, and I recently started working. When I checked the badge requirements after coming to the States, I noticed that I've already fulfilled the requirements for the Rising Talent badge, but it's not showing up on my profile. There are two requirements for Rising Talent Badge
1. 100% complete profile

2. No account holds in the last 90 days
I have me both the requirements but did'nt get rising talent badge yet. Why?
