How i know that i am eligible for rising talent badge?

My rising talent was remove this morning. I have a lot of 5 star feedback from clients but a buyer scammed me and blocked me on upwork after the job done alredy which i know her feedback will be totally worst as she scammed me. 

Now i get notification that rising talent badge was removed with still on 100% JSS. Please I'm safe for my top rated badge soon. I want to get the badge please. i have been doing the right things and I'm currently close to 1k on upwork

Hi Samuel,

Since you have enough work history on Upwork now, we will assigned a Job Success Score (JSS) to your Upwork profile now. Once you earn a Job Success Score, the Rising Talent badge is removed and you can start working toward Top Rated status.

I have both JSS  and rising talent badge before. That's why I'm skeptical about the outcome

I will provide the email sent to me from upwork though i just get an invitation that rising talent is requirement and it was marked for me

I joined this platform almost a month ago, and my profile is eligible to receive the Rising Talent badge because it satisfies all the requirements. I still haven't gotten the badge despite this. It's interesting to note that some of my peers—even though their identities weren't verified—received the badge within 5-7 days of creating their accounts, and some haven't heard back from anyone regarding employment proposals or invitations. Nevertheless, their profiles bear the Rising Talent tag. I've verified that I meet all requirements by double-checking both my profile and the eligibility requirements. Is there anyone who can help with this? I'm thinking of asking the support staff for assistance.

We award this badge based on the criteria listed, plus the quality of your profile. This includes your profile description, skills, portfolio, education, work history, and the category of your work.

To be eligible for a Rising Talent badge, you must:

• Complete projects on time and as promised to clients
• Maintain a 100% complete profile with accurate skills and genuine work
• Keep your availability status updated
• Regularly submit proposals to projects that match your skill set
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
• Submitted a proposal in the past 90 days or were hired more than 30 days ago
• Have a JSS of at least 90%, if you've earned a JSS (you can earn a Rising Talent badge before you have a JSS)
• Have no holds on your account during the past 90 days
• Be invited by Upwork

Congrats on finishing your first Upwork job! The Rising Talent badge isn't given to everyone, but there are specific things you need to do to qualify.

Some factors are considered based on the criteria, your profile, and other factors, including your work category. The badge will be added to your profile if you're selected and no action is required from you.

Requirements are checked and also I completed 2 jobs on time and got nice feedback from the client but the Rising Talent badge is not available on my profile why?
or how can I earn the Rising Talent Badge?
and one more thing when my Job Success score is available, I completed 2 jobs 100% but the Job Success score is NAN

I have a 100% Job Success Score (JSS), have earned over $600, and have consistently received 5-star reviews. Given these accomplishments, I am unsure why I have not received the Rising Talent badge. Could you please provide clarity or assistance regarding this matter?
