How i know that i am eligible for rising talent badge?

I have a 100% complete profile, strong past background, long time on upwork with two big projects[1 completed with 5 star and another about to finish], still i dont have raising talent badge, can someone explain what's wrong with my profile ?

                      Upwork offers rising talent to those who have gained early success on Upwork. I mean you created account and within few days you get some job or invitation. Moreover I visited your profile that is with amazing success and you can get TOP RATED badge after:

1. $1000 earning

2. Job Success Score 90% or more

3. 16 weeks time period

4. Completed 2 or more projects

Hi Chadli! I've been working towards that badge for months now with no success. Upwork says it's automatic based on the requirements listed on the help document but that there are also other requirements which are much more subjective (therefore not automatic). I attached an email here which shows an Upwork support member saying I meet all the criteria but that I don't qualify (without explaining how). So long answer short, you can't know how to become eligible and you just need to wait for good luck. Sorry
