You don't need to apply for one, you will recieve it automatically when you meet all criteria. I got mine within 2 days, I think it takes into account your education, qualifications, work carried out, and a variety of different factors!

I wonder if I still have an opportunity to gain a Raising Talent badge. 3 years ago I tried to work on the platform as a Project Management specialist and as far as I remember, I got a Raising Talent badge at that time. I closed only one contract then and after that, I had a break on the platform for 3 years. Since then, I have changed my specialization and returned to Upwork as a UI/UX and Web Designer. I filled out my profile and portfolio anew for my new specialization, I have been actively sending applications since last week, and I have even done one project already. I wonder if I have any chance of getting a badge in this situation?

But my profile has no job success rate and no rising talent. I am using available badges, sending proposals etc. everything is met with an increasing talent badge. Can anyone help me? When I will receive this badge?

I think the JSS will show after you have completed 4-8 jobs. You have completed 4, so just keep working. Those badges are pretty worthless anyway.

Please note that not all projects and clients are equal, so the time it takes to get a JSS varies. More than 90% of freelancers have a score after 5 projects, and nearly all freelancers have scores after completing 8 projects.

There are a few reasons you may lose your Rising Talent badge:

• You earn a Job Success Score (JSS). Once you earn a JSS, you graduate from the Rising Talent badge and can begin working towards earning a Top Rated badge.
• You receive poor public or private feedback from a client. We can’t tell you more about the feedback, like who may have left poor private feedback. Learn more about approaching clients about feedback.
• There is a hold on your account

I checked your account and it looks like you've earned a JSS already. Once you have enough work history on Upwork, we will automatically replace your Rising Talent status with a Job Success Score (JSS). Once you earn a Job Success Score, you can start working toward Top Rated status.
