Rising Talent Badge

Hi Guys

I don't see rising talent badge on my profile after i got an email from Upwork.

Can you guys help me why i don't see that?

The time-tracker is working as intended.

You may need to learn more about it works.

If you worked or 1.5 hours, then the tracker should have logged 1.5 hours of time.

Note that the time-tracker intentionally drops time segments with very log mouse/keyboard activity.

The tracker only counts segments which have mouse and/or keyboard activity. 

If there is activity, the tracker takes a screenshot once per ten minute segment, so you may have a gap of as little a 1 minute or as long as 19 minutes between 2 screenshots, the average is always 10 minutes.

which is it? 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 40 minutes? What does your work diary show?

You can't have a Rising Talent badge because you have a JSS. The two are mutually exclusive.
