Rising Talent Criteria not fair ??

I just ran over a profile with only one job in progress with 100$ earning
but have rising talent badge..!!
on the other hand I am with 7-8 projects successfully done with 90+ jss
And 88% percent Recommendation.!!
with no badge..!!

Can you please explain me this algorithm ?

Yes.  Once you have a JSS you no longer have a Rising Talent badge.

Many factors contribute to a Rising Talent badge, such as client feedback, the overall strength of your profile, prior experience and skills, your educational background, and the available opportunities in the market. Even professionals who have yet to complete any Upwork projects can become Rising Talent if they have in-demand skills and have a broad experience that displays these skills.

I do Understand these creds..
so people with trending skills can get rising talent badge for no reason
no matter if they are skilled or not ?
I am not actually arguing ..
I am sorry if it looks like..!!

But I just want to know how things works here

People with 0 jobs have Rising Talent badges.  It's for new freelancers with no or few jobs. 

A JSS is for freelancers who have completed 5 or 6 jobs with feedback from the client.

Well, I am pretty sure that it is great enough as compared to one uncompleted job but got rising talent 🙂

FYI I did got Rising talent but it removed after jss ...!!
I just wanted to get acknowledged of this rising talent true Algorithm

and according instructions we got ...you should complete projects with good feedbacks
