Rising Talent Email

Hello! I received an email inviting me to the Rising Talent Program.  I then took and passed the readiness test. Is there a certain amount of time before I appear as a rising talent? I went to apply for a job, and it's still showing that I'm not a "qualified" rising talent.

Lisa, you should be able to submit proposals to jobs even if you don't meet all the criteria. If it's a good fit don't let the lack of a badge stop you from submitting a proposal. The default setting of 90% JSS sometimes keeps freelancers from submitting proposals, but there is no technical limitation that prevents those without that qualification from submitting. There will be a flag that says you don't meet all the criteria, but you will still be able to submit.
