Rising Talent Job Qualification Not Met?

A Rising Talent badge appears on my profile, but a job posting shows that I do not meet that qualification. See below. Is this because I don't have a JSS score yet?

Upwork probably hasn't had time to "register" the fact that your profile has that badge.

It should be fine in a few days.
