Rising Talent OR JSS

Why i still haven't got a rising talent or JSS on my profile? I have completed 2 jobs and my 3 jobs are in progress? Is it necessary to complete all 5 jobs with proper feedback and rating to get rising talent or JSS?

You need a minimum of 4 to 5 completed (!) contracts for a JSS.

If you were eligible for RT status, you'd get it automatically. If you hven't got it yet, you're not eligible yet.

For rising talent badge i need to complete 1 or 2 jobs with 5 star rating and proper feedback?
