Rising Talent and Job success score

Hello guys,

I noticed something on a bunch of job posting which i found confusing and need some clarifications. why will a job requirement includes both Rising Talent and 90% JSS? I thought Rising Talent badge is for newbie who doesn't have JSS yet. if my understanding is right, i think Upwork needs to educate sellers or probably make the system in a way that the two requirement cannot be used together in a job requirement. thank you

They are not asked for *together* but as an "either one or the other" preference.

Meaning that provided the freelancer either has a JSS of 90% or RT bdge, the preference is met.

On the client side it is displayed as "include Rising Talent"

I think i understand better now, for clarification, you mean i only need to have one of the requirement to qualify for the job?
