Rising Talent badge gone

I have 2 finished jobs with five stars each, and I have 2 ongoing jobs.

Why did I have my "Rising Talent" badge removed?
Why do my "Job Success Score" is below 90% ?

I am doing what I am supposed to do and would like to know why this is happening to me.

I think you graduated from Rising Talent my friend! From now on, you have a Job Success Score (JSS). It is below 90%, but there are many factors that will improve it, like earnings. The JSS is evaluated by Upwork every other Sunday, so you might see a change to your JSS in the next two weeks.

Although it's important, don't go too crazy about your JSS. Just keep doing a great job, perhaps take on some extra projects and perform amazing. The client will leave you a good feedback if satisfied.

Take a look here, scroll down to the bottom: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211063228-Become-a-Rising-Talent

You can't be rising talent and have a JSS at the same time. But, I don't see any JSS on your profile, it should be in the right hand upper corner. Where did you find it?

I used to have it on my profile on the right upper corner. Now its gone and I dont have a JSS badge or anything

Hi Angel,

You will have to meet the eligibility requirements to consistently be part of the Rising Talent Program. You may read more about the requirements in this help article for more information.

I meet the requirements.

If you did, the badge would be there.

You probably got not so great private feedback on the recently closed job.

What did I do wrong then?  I have 5 stars in my last two jobs.

Do you think a user rated me low on private?  How can I know what I can improve if it is private?

This metric has a range from 1 to 10 and is just "would you recommend" or something similar. As you have a low number of jobs, one bad feedback will hit you very badly. What you can do is complete a number of jobs with good feedback to get your JSS back into shape.
