Rising Talent invitation email

Hi. I have created my upwork freelancer profile a few days ago. I have completed all the elegibility requirements mentioned here https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006099287.  

I passed readiness test with 5/5. I am sure from my side that I fullfill all the crieteria for Raising talent.

But I didn't get any invitation email for raising talent yet.

Would you please look through my profile and let me know the problem. 

Is there any moderater who can guide me?

Could you please tell me that am I qualified for raising talent or not? If
not then why?
