what happens after passing the reediness test, does it make a freelancer eligible to get the rising talent mark on his profile ? does a freelancer still need to have a certain amount of completed jobs in his profile  ? if not, then what else is need to be done in order to get the rising talent mark ? or is it something totally on the discretion of Upwork team ?
