Rising talent badge removed

Hello,
I just received my JSS but Upwork also removed my rising talent badge even though I got a 5-star rating in every job I have completed, Can anyone help me and tell me why the Rising talent badge disappeared

and tell me what the next step to recover it.

You can't have a Rising Talent Status and a JSS. You now have a JSS, and can't get the RT badge back. Your next step would be top rated.
