I Have completed upwork readliness test 3 times , but i didnt get upwork Rising talent badge , Even i have completed all the requirements 100% profile , and more please help me.

That means you're not eligible.

If you are eligible, you get it automatically, if you don't get it automatically, you're not eligible.

You'll probably get a JSS this coming Sunday anyway.
