Why i'm not getting rising talent badge???
Any there any body who can listen to me?
I'm trying to get help on hits since one week not body is helping.
I have passed my readiness test long ago and my profile is 100% completed with profile picture.

Because you don't qualify. If you qualified, you'd have been given the badge automatically. If you didn't get it automatically, you don't qualify. It's as simple as that.

You have had 33 jobs, you are not a new freelancer, and your client-satisfaction history is somewhat checkered. I am more surprised that you think you SHOULD qualify, considering that the Rising Talent badge is for new freelancers.
