Like many other freelancers here, I am encoutering the same issue. My VAT ID was not approved and I don`t know why because you can check the ID on the official EU VIES website https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation and I am registered there.
Looking forward for the solution!
By the way, I do have another ticket open but thats for name mismatch when adding a company bank account. Not sure if these are related.
