Room Not Found

Okay, here's a new issue for me.

I was in talks with a prospective client. He had and for my number but I told him that, in compliance with the new TOS, we would need to take via Upwork's system. We set up a call for this afternoon.

Tried to call at the appointed time with no response, informed the client through chat. Two hours later, the entire chat has been deleted with a "room not found" error. What happened?
