Room is not found

I sent a proposal for a project and received a reply from the client. This project still shows under my Active Proposals. However when I scroll down to the Messages in the Proposal it says "Room is not found".

Thank you for your message. It looks like the client is no longer active on the platform. Please allow 24-48 hours for the job to be removed from your Active Proposals section.
