Someone added me in a room but it's not visible in my messages

How can I get these rooms?

Hi Marwan,

I checked your account and I can see that you were added to a message room recently under the agency. In order to be able to view it, you will need to switch your profile to the agency profile by clicking on your image at the top right corner. Thank you.
