Posted day after day... Upwork is doing nothing about it.

I received a scam offer, luckily I know the scam from the beginning of remote work! How do we report them if the job is not in the list anymore?

If a client wants you outside of Upwork, for any reason, before an Upwork contract is in place, it is a scam.

You can tell the client everything must stay on Upwork until the contract is in place, and afterward you can talk on other programs, but all money must go through Upwork. If the client is honest, they will work through Upwork. I'm sure you will never hear from the "client", again.
