Well, I experienced my first scam on Upwork.  Do not apply for a position with a person named **Edited for community guidelines** who requests that you interview via Skype with an HR contact by the name of **Edited for community guidelines**.  I flagged his account.

No one should have an issue with this since interviewing by Skype is against the TOS.
