SEO profile optimization for getting more invites to jobs

If it's not too much a bother, could a competent person in SEO have a look at my Upwork profile? My views seem to be going down and I'm not getting any job invites... 

Recently, I just got my JSS and it's 100%, so I hope that'll have a positive effect on it too ^_^.
