[SOLVED] Adding a phone number to my payment information.

When attempting to add a phone number to the "add payment option" form, it requires the format "(###) ############", but I only know "+# ### ### ####". The "+#" prefix being the country code.

I can't get in touch with Upwork directly to solve this issue. If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi David,

Please add your phone number but without adding the plus sign in front: (Country code) phone number. Also don't forget to add space after the brackets. Thank you.

Thanks, Goran. I figured it out eventually.

Though my country code is "+#", I tried writing it as "(00#)", which worked.
