[SUGGESTION] Regarding Closed/Archived Job Offer

I don´t know if this was discussed before but here it is!

As a freelancer, I would like to know when a client posts a recurrent job offer that was closed/archived before. I think is a complete waste I have to apply for a job for a 2nd or even a third time when the client has NOT shown any interest in actually hiring someone for the job.

I would like to add, in the same context. When your job application is archived, It means that the client may be interested in the future. But, none of my archived applications have attracted a client so far. It's a way of dismissing.
