SUPPORT

One of my friend opened 2 cases with Upwork and however, in his new case the last case was mentioned.

The status on Upwork is shown as SOLVED. Will upwork reply to its email further? 

P.S They haven't replied to it yet but the problem was solved and we informed it in second email.
