SWIFT code that doen't work

The SWIFT code of my bank isn't recognised by UpWork website, while an old one (no longer in use) works. I've tried to add it manually but it didn't take me anywhere. I've read that the UpWork team should be able to check it and update the data, but I can't see any way to contact them. What do I do?
