Same Bank Account(payment Method) can be used for 2 Upwork Accounts??

Hello Sir!
I am a freelancer and using upwork for more than one year. I just need to know that my younger brother has a upwork account but he has not his own bank account so i want to know can i enter my same bank account as payment method that is am using on my upwork account or my father's bank account can be used with his upwork account?  Please let me know if he can use bank account with my father's name as payment method so i can avoid any violation of upwork's policies.
