Pradeep, I believe the job have been removed from the upwork. However the connects are not being yet refunded.
Moreover, why do you allow client to send invite as well as post job for proposal submission. If client is already sending 10-15 invites by himself there are minimal chances that he will review the proposal submitted. It is a waste of connects by freelancer in bidding for job where client is interested in hiring through invite.

Hi Sajal,
Thank you for reaching out. Please allow time for the Connects to be refunded. Rest assured that the Connects will automatically be refunded in 24-48 hours.

Hi Pradeep, Will you please relook on the problem statement. Job is active and it is appearing in my Archive. Regards Sajal Sharma

Hi Pradeep,
It is the same client who posted the job in december and I got interviewed for the position. But client never came back and job expired. Please refer the screen below
Now the same client have again posted the position with changed JD and I did not realised and I reapplied as you shared the screen shot of Feb 17.
Now this is a bigger problem, I have applied to the same client Project manager position 2 times and this time with modified JD. Please see the clietn details on right panel of jobs. This is a pure scam run by this client otherwise why he will waste connects of the candidates. I even pinged and messaged client for this new job post similar to older one and there was no response. As a candidate we lose double the connect in such scenario.

Hi Pradeep,
1. Do you have any update on the reported issue above. Similar job by client and it made me applied 2 times. 1 exepired in archive and other one active. I believe these connects must be reimbursed & mark this as scam.
2. Annie confrimed connect re-imbursement on previous issue in 24 hour. That is also not reflecting in transaction.

Maybe the client wasn't satisfied with the applicants and decided to try again? I've seen low-paid writing and editing jobs reposted, apparently from clients who want champagne work on a beer budget.

Why client will want to have 2 active identical jobs. I do not foresee any reason for the same other than that client has forgot the first job he had posted and recruited none.

I have noticed something lately, not sure tough... I have seen client posting the job. After 50+ freelancers apply he sees that the average bidding is under their budget, so the post the job again with lower budget to see how low they would get. Welcome to the jungle.
