I've seen this same problem based on the forum inquiries and complaints.
Is there anybody with the same problem with ther save button?
Where you able to resolve it with the help of an UpWork staff?
I've used the chat box and ended up with programmed AI assistant & from there, I went in circles.
Please help me!

Hi , Hope you doing well.
filling all fields in form did not work for me in chrome browser but i tried on Firefox browser there it worked for me .
