Saved search doesn't work if it contains a special character and space

Hello everyone!

I use this search to filter out jobs having any of these skills:

• scripts & utilities
• Web Scraper
• Scripting

The search works fine and I can save it as well, however, the saved search doesn't work anymore.

I debugged it and found that the "&" in the "scripts & utilities" is breaking it.

I'm creating this community post because I couldn't find a place to report bugs.
