Saved searches stopped working

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with their saved searches lately? Mines been coming up empty (suddenly stopped working) for the past 2+ weeks and Upworks been pretty slow to do solve the issue. Thats prolly a ton of missed out prospects by now.
