Hello, I have recently tried to add a payment method to my account however it keeps saying "Bank not found" despite me contacting my bank to double check. Please help me with this issue.

Hello, i have previously reached out about it saying "Bank not found", and have talked to support. They have not helped at all. I have tried all the steps they suggested including clearing cookies, using a different browser, etc. Nothing has helped, i have even showed a video of the issue. Please i need some real assistance.
