Scam, What do I do?

I have a client that sent me a job interview and job offer. I accepted the contract which was to visit a URL page and take screenshots. 

He later asked me to visit a URL that asked me to input my credit card information. He insists I need to input the information to finish the job.

I told him to finish the contract and that this is against Upwork policy. Does this get me a bad review on my profile? What should a freelancer do if this happens? There is no way to report suspicious acitivity once you accept a job interview/contract.
