Just made my account and applied to a job where they immediately asked me to get on telegram. Will I get those contact points back or am I just screwed?

Reported both their messages and job as well.

After the job is removed by Upwork for being a scam, you will get them back. No idea on how long that takes though.

Is it the same when the user is blocked after he ask you to switch to telegram?
