Schedule payment.

A notification came to my profile that a schedule payment (140.21$) was sent from my account to Direct Local Bank on 21/8/2019.
But the payment is not reached to my bank account until today.
Mostly my payment is came to my account within 2/3 days.
Why this is happening?
Why the payment is not coming to my bank account after 12 days?
