Screening of messages

I got an interview with a client over skype and upwork screened the message off on my mobile. All I saw was my name and no message. I kept wondering why and today after 9 days I went to check why the client just dropped me suddenly and I discovered that I missed the interview. That job had so much potential and it's so painful that I lost it because upwork decided to be petty. This is not nice at all

Just to confirm that your message is not deleted or screened when you write Skype/Gmail or any other communication method. You will only see a pop up on how you can simplify your conversation.
