When I do a search for freelancers, and I type in the first name, even an uncommon name, I get hundreds of search results. The first name is not listed in the search order. I have to go through 20 pages to find the person I'm looking for.
If they have a user name like Honey J., it's almost worthless. I'm not going to spend 20 min. to try to find this person.
So we really need to improve the search for freelancers. We could have a two box system, where one is a keyword the other is the user name. I imagine there is many people searching for user names.
Please put this on the list of things to do.
