Searching of freelancers

Hello, 

Sorry if the question already exists. Before some time there was a button on the right side where is `Track time with the desktop app` from which we were able to search other freelancers by name. 

Is this completely removed or is just moved somewhere and I can't find it?

Just use the actual search field at the top instead - the Search Jobs field can be toggled to search freelancers instead.
