Second Job On Upwork

I have this Upwork profile for around a year now and I applied for 30-40 jobs when I just created this profule but no reply at that time so I thought because I'm new I'm not getting replies. So I got one client out of upwork and dragged him to work with me on Upwork.

Now I've completed 300 hours and more than 3k$ with 9.5$ an hour rate.
And Now within this week I've applied for 37 jobs but still there is no reply from client.

Can anyone help I'm from SEO and Marketing Field.

I checked one more thing that most people who posted a job never checked that back. As there is an option of last activity by client. So how can I check if the hiring person is genuine or not.
