Security Question Answer Wrong

Hi Upwork,

I have mistakenly enter maximum time wrong answer of my security question. Now I am unable to re-enter, the error pop up that I have reached the maximum enter to answer the question & recieved email to contact to the support.

Please do the needful & let me know the solution of this error.
