I need help to reset my security password because it kept on sending me email that I already have several failed attempts.
Please let me know what to do. I contacted the support but I have not yet received any response how to reset it specifically with the problem I am encountering.
I am having the same issue as joan please i need some help if one of the agents can help me and check my account because i can not access my payments without the security question and i also can not anymore reset it because of the same email that has been also sent to Joan. Thank you!
Im having the same issue....and the thing is I cant set my payment method because of this.... Im new to upwork and I just recently got my first client and now cant process the payment. Thank You in advance .
