Selecting Categories Section

Hi, hope everyone is doing fine.

I have a query regarding selecting categories in profile section. For instance, we can select upto 10 at a time. so, is that a good thing to select all 10 even if you are not good in certain skill or should select only those in which you are strong ?

I am new to upwork, need guidance from experienced members. Thanks
