How can you know if it is a future client if you have not communicated with him?
If you do not want to pay for connects you need a profile that can sell your service (which is somewhere between translation and technical drawings. It also needs to be in flawless English. If you cannot provide that, you might as well move on to another platform.

The reality is that you have hardly any chance of getting a project unless you buy some connects and spend a considerable amount of time and effort on placing bids. It can take months.
